Durability & Safety
Our modular houses use steel certified to the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), providing superior structural strength. Unlike conventional container houses, they can withstand earthquakes of seismic intensity 7 and offer high durability against corrosion caused by salt, making them suitable for a wide range of applications, including emergency shelters. In extreme climates, such as very cold or tropical regions, the expected service life is approximately 40 years.
Rapid Deployment
Modules, completed in the factory from steel frame to interior finishes, are delivered directly to the site. On-site assembly requires only a minimal crew, allowing for rapid completion of construction.
Affordable Construction
By shortening the overall construction process and performing on-site assembly with a small crew, we are able to achieve lower costs and higher returns compared to conventional building methods. We offer a variety of plans to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Design Flexibility
In addition to dividing interior spaces, modules can be connected or stacked, allowing for flexible design. They are used for a wide range of purposes, including hotels, shops, offices, dormitories, and emergency shelters. Even with identical module layouts, a variety of styles—from retro to modern architecture—can be applied, and designs can be customized to suit client preferences. Our house planners provide proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer.

What is a Modular House?

Our modular houses are based on container-sized steel frames, with interior and exterior finishes, furniture, and sanitary and electrical equipment pre-fabricated in the factory. The modules are delivered to the site in an assembled state and installed on location. This construction method enables significant cost savings compared to conventional building techniques.

※For reference purposes only.

It is possible to build anything from a single private garage to large-scale landmark structures by stacking or connecting multiple modules. In addition to being used as everyday buildings such as homes or offices, modular houses are also ideal for investment properties, including hotels and glamping facilities.

(1) In addition to the standard widths of 2.438 m (20 feet and 40 feet), wide modules with a width of 3.2 m are also available.
(2) On-site installation incurs additional construction costs.
(3) Building permits are required for construction, regardless of scale (10 m² or larger).
(4) Depending on location and scale, legal restrictions may apply due to zoning, landscape, or development regulations, regardless of the intended use.
